Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Ensure the home's operations are run efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with local commissioners and professionals to ensure the home's services meet the needs of the local community
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the home's financial sustainability
- Minimum of three years' experience in a complex care setting, ideally as a Deputy Manager or in a similar leadership role
