About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to lead our team at Pathways, a specialist care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing person-centred and quality-driven care to our residents, while also driving continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of the home's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure the home's operations are run efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with local commissioners and professionals to ensure the home's services meet the needs of the local community
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the home's financial sustainability
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a complex care setting, ideally as a Deputy Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong clinical, business, digital, and operational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
