Sacco Mann is a leading recruitment agency for legal professionals in the UK. We are currently working with a forward-thinking law firm who have recently opened a new office in Teesside, expanding their remortgage team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of remortgage files with minimal supervision, exchanging contracts and completing transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with top regional housebuilders in the UK.

To be successful in this position, applicants should have strong remortgage file handling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of remortgage files with minimal supervision.
  • Exchange contracts and complete transactions.
  • Assist on complex queries from colleagues and third parties.

Requirements:

  • Strong remortgage file handling experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
