Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner to join our established firm in Thetford. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to work on various conveyancing matters, from inception to post-completion.

The role will involve sales & purchase transactions, registered and unregistered land dealings, freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership cases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy schemes, and Land Registry applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, communicating with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, building strong relationships with local estate agents, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of conveyancing software and systems

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
