Your Role at EMBL-EBI

As our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Lead, you'll be instrumental in shaping a truly inclusive environment across all of EMBL-EBI's sites. You'll lead a dedicated team and collaborate closely with leadership and staff to implement and refine the organization's EDI strategy. This involves working hand-in-hand with EMBL-EBI's EDI governing body, providing evidence-based policy recommendations, and fostering a culture where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Leading the Way in EDI

You'll chair EMBL-EBI's Equality and Diversity and Inclusion Forum, convening meetings, documenting discussions, and coordinating the activities of its networks and working groups. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating EDI principles into every aspect of our operations, from talent pipelines and diversity metrics to hiring, onboarding, training, and career development processes.

Your Impact at EMBL-EBI
