Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Taxation Senior Manager to join our Private Client Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients, including UHNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake ad hoc income and capital taxes planning, including offshore structuring, remittance, and domicile advice.
- Advise on shareholder planning, transaction-related personal tax issues, and PE work.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional client service.
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives to grow our client base.
Requirements
- Proven experience in private client tax, with a strong understanding of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative tax solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
