About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Stratstone Porsche Sutton Coldfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles to the highest quality standards.
- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with customer vehicles.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- Technical knowledge and skills to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with customers and colleagues.
