Job Overview

**Senior IT Support Analyst, Infrastructure Engineer**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team at Michael Page Technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional IT support to our clients in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support.
  • Log, respond to, and update IT Service Desk requests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and clients to resolve technical issues and improve IT services.
  • Support junior team members by acting as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies and processes to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in IT support, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

What We Offer:

  • An annual salary in the region of £38,000 - £42,000.
