In this role as **Senior Genomics Specialist**, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products, refine existing offerings, and establish a leading presence in the industry.

• Oversee project management for specific NGS initiatives, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments to implement research projects commercially.
• Analyse DNA sequencing data using bioinformatics pipelines.
• Present findings through technical reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with the NGS team to plan experiments, aligning lab work with business objectives.
• Communicate technical concepts to various audiences.
• Manage 3 staff members.

**Requirements**

• PhD or equivalent in genomics, molecular biology (or related field).
• Successful track record in contributing to successful product launches.
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical oncology trends and advancements.
• Deep understanding of NGS technologies, including sequencing platforms, library preparation, and bioinformatics analysis.
• Strong management experience, setting goals, reviewing progress, and providing feedback.
• Excellent communication skills and a 'go-getter' mentality.

**Compensation and Benefits**
