Job Title: Corporate Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our team at AP Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our corporate clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with company secretarial matters, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for each entity.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other business contacts.
  • Provide administrative support for routine day-to-day activities, including correspondence, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and other materials as required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong technical and working knowledge of company secretarial matters and corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
