Catering Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Apleona HSG Facility Management. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent food and beverage service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a friendly and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard, using product knowledge and passion for what is being served.
- Ensure all service areas are clean, tidy, and safe, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with cleaning and re-stocking of vending machines and other equipment, preparing meeting rooms for events, and pitching in with various tasks linked to your job.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a high standard of customer service and support the manager and clients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
- Understanding of health and safety in a catering environment.
- Great time keeping and flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays.
