Customer Service Representative | Zachary Daniels

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our successful team at Zachary Daniels. Based in a team of customer service experts, you will be responsible for managing all customer communications, ensuring that they receive the best possible service when shopping with our fashion brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communication and feedback.
  • Timely resolution of all customer queries and complaints.
  • Support our customers and develop a depth of understanding and affinity for our products and ranges.
  • Escalate complaints and claims to the relevant manager when necessary.
  • Maintain and regularly update online FAQ pages to enable customers to resolve queries without the need to make contact.
  • Achieve and sustain a high standard of response times and response rates, improving customer satisfaction and reducing occurrences of re-contact.
  • Work collaboratively with the e-commerce team and other areas of the business to build key relationships.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
