Join Our Team as an Associate Director

We are partnering with a well-respected consultancy client to recruit an Associate Director to join their Commercial Team. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects across various sectors, working closely with the Directors as part of the Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of pre-construction professionals, including Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, Estimators, and Apprentices.
  • Act as a mentor and line manager, ensuring the service provided is up to standard and team members receive continued support to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with high-profile clients across a range of sectors, providing work-winning surveys and reports on major works projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial or pre-construction role, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
