Job Title: Aerospace Safety Manager

Zenoot Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, systems, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement health and safety policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Record and analyze incident statistics.
  • Schedule and conduct risk assessments, including COSHH, Fire, Machinery, and Noise risk assessments.
  • Liaise with Occupational Health to promote health and wellbeing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training programs.
  • Advise and assist the Health and Safety Committee.
  • Manage the health and safety budget.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies, including the Health and Safety Executive, Fire Authority, and Insurance Companies.
Requirements:
  • Experience with health and safety management systems.
  • Knowledge of policy, systems, and procedures relating to health and safety.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments.
  • NEBOSH qualification is preferred.
  • Ability to act on behalf of the company in statutory investigations.
  • Ability to limit the authority of employees to prevent breaches of health and safety legislation, company standards, and official guidance.
