- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying new knowledge to improve performance and efficiency.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably as a Bench Hand Joiner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of woodworking principles, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with physical stamina to match.
- Diploma or certificate in woodworking or a related field (an asset).
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based in Leicester area.
