The Opportunity

The Administration Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of administrators, ensuring that our financial planners and clients receive top-notch service. The role encompasses people management, workflow supervision, training, recruitment, and more. It requires a high level of organization and a commitment to maintaining a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 4 (growing to 6), ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Recruitment & Training: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the administrative team.
  • Workflow Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely completion of all administrative duties.
  • Client Service Excellence: Maintain a client-first approach in all aspects of the role.

Requirements
