About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nightshift Manager to lead our store operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our store during night shifts, including restocking shelves, managing warehouse deliveries, and supporting online picking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of managers to achieve store objectives
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to improve customer service and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the day-time leadership team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve store performance
