Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Healthcare Trainer to join our team. As a Healthcare Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to new and existing care staff to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver healthcare training programs, including mandatory training (e.g., safeguarding, moving & handling, and first aid).
  • Provide specialist training in health and social care, ensuring staff are competent in areas such as dementia care, medication administration, and end-of-life care.
  • Assess and evaluate the competency of care staff through practical assessments and quizzes.
  • Keep up to date with regulatory and legislative changes, ensuring training content reflects these.
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports to management.
