Job Description:

Mt. Joy Ltd, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced and skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team in Windsor.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with extensive experience in painting and decorating historic buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a wide range of painting and decorating tasks, including preparation, emulsion, gloss painting, wallpaper hanging, and associated repairs.
  • Ensure all work meets the highest possible standards, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, minimizing non-productive time and maximizing productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with residents and building representatives.
  • Collaborate with other trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Time served qualification in Painting and Decorating.
  • Ability to achieve SC clearance.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • PASMA (desired) or training to be attained.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Property Maintenance environment.
