Store Manager

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and compliance. This will involve coaching and developing the team, as well as promoting the company culture and values. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager and possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
Key Responsibilities

* Identify sales opportunities and generate corporate activity and new business
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Store Manager
* Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
* Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to maintain a long-term vision
* A highly commercial approach with strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
