Pharmacovigilance Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacovigilance Strategist to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. This role will involve designing, delivering and embedding critical safety programs that have a global impact.
As a key member of the Central Safety Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's strategic and operational objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic solutions for organizational/process changes to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations worldwide.
- Lead the implementation of core business activities, including communications, information management, and training, while providing ongoing program management and change management support.
- Review and re-design critical business processes, ensuring alignment across business units and developing training/change management activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise on relevant business processes to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Support Central Safety governance boards/leadership teams as necessary, ensuring timely agendas/minutes and action tracking.
- Manage scientific/technical associate staff who support specific business activities, including metrics, information management, communication, and website-related deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience managing multiple strategy formulation and change projects.
- Experience with Pharmacovigilance processes and global Pharmacovigilance regulations.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience.
