About the Role
TOD'S UK LTD is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in London. As an integral part of our finance team, you will be responsible for performing daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices and payments, reconciling income, and maintaining records.

Main Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Process, code, and enter invoices into SAP.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries as they arise.
- Prepare monthly payment schedules.
- Maintain records for daily income of retail stores and handle queries directly with Managers and Cashiers.
- Manage sales income, including reconciliations for credit cards, cash tills, gifts, and overseas sales, ensuring correct documentation is received.
- Balance sheet reconciliations for income ledger accounts.
- Journals for cash expenses, banking, and accounts entries as required.
- General administration and ad hoc duties as they arise.

About You
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual with 2-3 years' experience in an accounts assistant role. You should have hands-on experience with Outlook and Excel and possess good communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team. Knowledge of accounting procedures and the ability to identify numerical errors are essential. Proficiency in SAP and Dutch language are a plus.

What We Offer
- Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on location and experience.
- A 3-month temporary contract with the possibility to become permanent.
