Job Title: Paraplanner

Join Search, a leading recruitment agency, and take on a challenging role as a Paraplanner. As a key member of our team, you will assist in providing financial plans and advice to private clients, working closely with our Private Client Financial Planners.

Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality financial planning support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This involves drafting financial planning reports, developing technical and market awareness knowledge, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft financial planning reports to meet and exceed activity targets
  • Develop and maintain technical and market awareness knowledge to provide effective advice
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Undertake project-based work as required
Person Specification:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in financial services, preferably in a financial planning or research capacity. You should hold a diploma qualification and be on track to becoming Chartered. Excellent communication and technical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
