We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our team in Liverpool or Manchester. As a key member of our IT Operations Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering technical projects and managing the upkeep of our firm's infrastructure, applications, and SQL.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of VMware management and maintenance, Microsoft Server technologies, and associated services. You will also have a good level of networking knowledge from a troubleshooting and routing perspective, as well as experience with Disaster Recovery and High Availability technologies.

Key responsibilities will include working closely with the Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure to develop and maintain our Operational Infrastructure / IT Systems, supporting and contributing to our organisation's corporate goals and business objectives, and acting as a point of escalation to Service Desk Analysts.
