HR & Legal Assistant - Theatre Industry

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly organised individual to join our client as a Legal & HR Assistant. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively assist in managing the legal and HR aspects of a thriving company in the theatre industry.
This is a split workload with a strong focus on legal tasks, offering a unique chance to develop skills in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the General Counsel in the management of theatre agreements, supplier agreements, ticketing arrangements, confidentiality agreements, standard terms and conditions, and other contractual and/or legal matters.
- To co-ordinate and provide administrative support in respect of all business as usual contracts, including record keeping and following up with stakeholders and third parties.
- To provide support and administrative assistance on ad-hoc legal and commercial issues, including disputes and litigation matters.
- To undertake research and generate know-how on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
- To provide assistance in complying with data subject rights, including data subject access requests and deletion of data.
- To help manage internal data protection systems.

Requirements:
- Able to work 12 months FTC with a strong likelihood of extension.
- Candidates with Training Contracts and > 12 months to work are considered.
- Fully office based in London's West End.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Legal background, practical or academic experience, including some or all of the following: experience in a legal or business affairs department, law degree, or vocational qualification.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
