Job Title: Registered Paediatric Nurse - Complex Needs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Paediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex needs in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic child-centred care to children with complex needs
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure up-to-date care plans are in place to meet the needs and wishes of each child
  • Provide flexible and adaptable care to meet the changing needs of children and families

Requirements:

  • Registered Children's Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin
  • Commitment to providing the best possible care for children and families
  • Previous paediatric nurse experience
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate
