Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strategic relationship with clients to maximise customer satisfaction
- Create and manage tools and strategies for the clients to ensure they can recognise the value they are getting
- Manage supplier escalations effectively
- Establish and maintain budgets for client buyer accounts
- Develop action plans for buyers and deliver regular reports to senior managers
- Provide performance reports to sector managers to ensure standards are upheld
- Facilitate training sessions to equip buyers with excellent knowledge of systems and processes

This role requires travel to clients 1-2 times per month, so a driving license is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing information within a service environment and demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 based on industry standards and location.
