About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic relationship with clients to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Create and manage tools and strategies for the clients to ensure they can recognise the value they are getting
  • Manage supplier escalations effectively
  • Establish and maintain budgets for client buyer accounts
  • Develop action plans for buyers and deliver regular reports to senior managers
  • Provide performance reports to sector managers to ensure standards are upheld
  • Facilitate training sessions to equip buyers with excellent knowledge of systems and processes
