Biotech Business Development Director

CK Group is seeking a talented VP of Life Sciences Growth to join their dynamic team in Cambridge. As a key player in driving business growth and expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that achieve revenue growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have extensive senior-level experience in Life Sciences, preferably with a focus on analytical instruments or bioprocessing hardware. A strong network within the biotechnology sector, particularly in Cell Line Development, Process Development, and Upstream Manufacturing, is crucial for success.
In this role, you will lead the sales, marketing, and business development teams to expand the customer base and establish strategic partnerships. With your expertise, you will help shape the company's growth trajectory and contribute to its success in the life sciences sector.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including share options, bonus, and pension benefits. The estimated salary for this position is approximately £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, based on experience.
