### Job Title: Multi Skilled Carpenter

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional multi-trade carpenter to join our ambitious and highly professional maintenance team. As a key member of our trades team, you will play a vital role in carrying out repairs work, maintenance, upgrading, and improving homes across the region.

### Key Responsibilities

* Carry out carpentry-related tasks and basic other trades
* Ensure homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard
* Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer service

### Requirements

* Minimum NVQ L2 Carpentry
* Experience of working as a carpenter in the building trade
* Ability to fit complete kitchens and experience of delivering multi-trade work
* Associated trade skills of basic plumbing, plaster patching, and wall tiling desirable
* Full UK Driving License
