We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at Environment Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our business by creating engaging and effective visual content that resonates with our diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all designs are in line with Environment Bank's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, ecology, and land teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Generate innovative design ideas and concepts to meet project objectives and enhance the visual appeal of our offering and marketing campaigns.
  • Organise and maintain a library of design assets, including images, icons, and templates.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired results.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain current and competitive.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field or significant experience.
  • Excellent understanding of Adobe CC, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft applications.
  • Marketing automation platforms html email builder (HubSpot preferred).
  • Creative flair and talent for designing eye-catching visuals and substantial experience in brand development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative strengths and passion for design.
  • Ability to liaise confidently with key stakeholders within the business.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
