We seek a Corporate Education Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering engaging training programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing comprehensive training curricula, leveraging adult learning theory principles and best practices in instructional design.
  2. Creating interactive content, incorporating multimedia elements and visual aids to captivate diverse learning styles.
  3. Evaluating training effectiveness through data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted modifications.
  4. Collaborating closely with management and stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop tailored solutions.
  5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and legal guidelines.
  6. Fostering a culture of continuous learning, promoting a growth mindset among team members and encouraging knowledge sharing across departments.
  7. Analyzing employee performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to enhance skill development and productivity.
  8. Supporting the development of training documentation, facilitating onboarding processes and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  9. Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies, applying innovative approaches to enhance the overall training experience.
  10. Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and evaluation results.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Training and Development, Educational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and facilitation, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging, interactive training content, incorporating adult learning theory principles.
  • Expertise in CRM solutions, MS Office applications, and Consultative Sales Approach.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
