About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Shift Team Lead - Bodyshop Operations to join our team at RMS Recruitment.

About the Role:

  • Responsibility for overseeing all vehicle repair operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Leading a skilled workshop team to achieve productivity, Fix Right First Time, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance, providing support and training to maintain top-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight: Guarantee high-quality repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
  2. Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the Workshop Team to achieve productivity, Fix Right First Time, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance daily, reporting on incidents and providing support and training to maintain top-quality output.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume automotive bodyshop or workshop.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with expertise in team management, workflow planning, and problem-solving.
  • Full UK Driving License (No DR offences and fewer than 6 penalty points).

Location: Corby

Salary: £21.07 per hour (£43,139.40 per year)
