Advanced Machining Specialist

TechNichols Resourcing Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Advanced Machining Specialist to join our team at an established, modern and growing manufacturing company. As part of a dynamic team, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating advanced machining equipment, preparing it for operations, mounting and dismounting workpieces, and carrying out maintenance tasks.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around £41,250, depending on experience, plus overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate and benefits. This exciting opportunity is located in a convenient area, making it easily commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas.

Job Duties:- Operate advanced machining equipment to precision grind parts and solutions;
- Prepare machine for operations (setting);
- Mount and dismount workpieces on/from the machine;
- Use measuring equipment to check finished pieces (quality control);
- Report any defects or imperfections;
- Maintain machine and cutting tools;
- Keep work area clean and orderly;
- Work according to quality system and processes;
- Follow health and safety requirements.
