Zenzero is seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Integration Associate to support the integration of acquired businesses and drive success in its mergers and acquisitions strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration plans, ensuring seamless transitions and unlocking value through collaboration with the acquired business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integration strategies for newly acquired businesses.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integration processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage integration projects, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
- Communicate integration updates and changes to stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis of current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document key integration activities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in integration meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on new processes and systems.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, M&A, integration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
