Wealthify is a dynamic and ambitious online saving and investing service seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Team. As an HR Generalist, you will provide administrative support across the business and provide support to colleagues in the office.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support
  • Assist in the recruitment process and coordinate with candidates.
• Employee Records Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, compensation, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Assist with monthly payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Training and Development
  • Support the administration of learning and development for colleagues, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and maintaining training records.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain office equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of HR experience.
• A passion for our company and its purpose.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C Grade.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in managing HRIS systems (Hibob experience desirable).
