Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at M Group Services.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality results and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work meets required water industry regulations and Yorkshire Water approved standards.

A key aspect of this role will be the effective management of Supervisors delivery teams and sub-contractors on site, as well as the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality, and performance standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of Supervisors delivery teams and sub-contractors on site
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting and implementing all company and Business Unit initiatives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of health, safety, and quality procedures, as well as experience in managing teams and driving cultural change.

A competitive salary package of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is available for the right candidate, along with a range of benefits including hybrid working, private healthcare, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
