Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Partner Brand Leader in our Arnotts concession. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate their team. They will also have a deep understanding of the fashion industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of sales associates to deliver sales targets and exceptional customer service
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
• Partnering with the host store to elevate and promote the brand
• Hosting annual appraisals for team members and identifying areas for improvement
• Effectively planning and delivering floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales
