We are a forward-thinking organisation that strives to be the go-to partner for technology developments and programmes across UK policing. As Cyber Security Service Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our digital services.

With a strong background in Cyber Security, you will be responsible for leading the Cyber Detect Team and representing their performance and value to senior stakeholders. Your experience in stakeholder management, Cyber Security tools, and SIEM technology will be invaluable in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £63,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of your responsibilities. You will also benefit from a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, a pension scheme, and life assurance cover.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Cyber Detect Team and represent their performance and value to senior stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the security and integrity of our digital services
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and government organisations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading Cyber Security teams and developing strategic plans
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • CompTIA Network+, Security+, CSA+ and/or CEH or equivalent
