Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team at Clackmannanshire Council. As a Casual Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and scrubbers
  • Restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks, such as bathroom and kitchen cleaning
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve cleaning goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
