About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solicitor to join our Property Damage team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling high value defendant property damage claims on behalf of a number of insurers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property damage law, with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience. You will have excellent legal and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting advocacy and mediations
  • Handling negotiations and trials
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops for insurer clients
  • Providing supervision to junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor / CILEx with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience
