Command Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team in Dover. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation plans, working closely with our clients and suppliers to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Manage logistics and scheduling to meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Track and monitor vehicle movements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation performance, including KPIs and late load tracking.

Working Hours:

4 days on, 4 days off, 8:00 - 20:00

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 per annum, 20 days holiday
