Experience and Qualifications:
You may already be a Bar Manager, Nightclub Manager, or Restaurant Manager, which is great. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience leading large teams in a Food & Beverage or similar environment.
- Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
- Previous Cellar Management skills.
