Job Title: SEN/SEND Tutor
Location: Surrey, UK
Job Type: Part-time
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEN/SEND Tutor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for supporting young people with SEN and/or SEND. The role involves delivering 1:1 tuition and mentoring services to students with a range of learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and mentoring services to students with SEN and/or SEND
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and progress reports
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support package for each student
- Maintain accurate records and meet reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Experience working with young people with SEN and/or SEND
- Enhanced DBS clearance
