We are looking for a highly skilled Sourdough Artisan Chef to join our team at Franco Manca. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in our pizzas, while also ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality sourdough pizzas
- Maintain high health & safety and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager and team members
- Be proactive and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
