Job Summary

Civitanavi UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Digital Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our hardware design line, you will be responsible for designing and developing boards and modules for defense and industrial electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze technical data and specifications to define the hardware architecture of our electronic systems.
  • Design and develop multilayer high-density printed circuit boards using CAD tools, adhering to IPC and/or MIL standards.
  • Compile Bills of Materials and specifications according to internal standards.
  • Monitor and assist in the assembly of prototypes, and test manufactured prototypes to analyze results.
  • Create documentation required to activate Engineering Change Requests in accordance with Configuration Management and Change Control procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer in digital and analogue electronics.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation for laboratory testing.
  • Knowledge of English Language, both in writing/reading technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of assembly process.
  • Hardware Design with digital components (such as microcontroller, FPGA, ADC, DAC, etc).
  • Knowledge of principles of EMI/EMC.
