Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the care and nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the care and nursing team, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained and continuously developed.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework, including following our observation, handover, care planning, and risk assessment policies and processes.
- Medication Management: Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication within your unit.
- Resident Care: Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
- Qualifications: First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- Experience: Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
- Skills: Excellent range of clinical and communication skills, ability to work confidently on your initiative, and a good standard of digital skills.
