Job Title: Experienced Multi Skilled Fire and Security Alarm Engineer

Fire and Security Field Service Engineer

Job Package:

  • Salary: £35-45K Depending on level of experience
  • Paid Overtime: (at a rate of x1.5) and additional on call allowance
  • Paid Travel: door to door
  • Company Vehicle: with private use option
  • Additional Holiday: for every year of employment, up to 25 days

Extensive training and development available to all employees, including regular meetings to discuss progress and ways to exceed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV and Fire and access control systems.
  • Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems and all other security systems.
  • Maintaining fire & security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
  • Responding to demand service calls on all types of fire and security systems.
  • Applying updates and accurate descriptions of works completed via SIMPRO to inform office of progress.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • You must be flexible to travel and be part of an on-call rota. This rota is 1 week in every 4.
  • Due to the nature of the Fire & Security industry and specific contracts, if successful, you will need to pass several background checks including a credit check, five-year referencing history and DBS check.
