Job Overview

Sonderwell is seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team in Bridgend, Wales.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in care with a solid background in following care plans and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to young clients with complex health needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various hours.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
Salary and Benefits

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Excellent benefits package, including DBS paid for and opportunities for professional development and training.
