Salary: £85 - £95 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Early Years Learning Support Professional to join a diverse and multicultural primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Early Years pupils.

• Provide additional support to children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the classroom.

• Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, offering calm, patient, and supportive care.

• Engage with children at their level to promote interaction and learning.

• Assist with behaviour management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Work closely with the teacher and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in Early Years settings, whether in a nursery or primary school, is essential.

• Experience working with children with EAL and SEND is highly desirable.

• A passion for supporting and developing young minds.

• A nurturing, patient, and calm approach with a strong ability to build relationships with children.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
