Chef De Partie Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our fantastic kitchen team at Heartwood Collection.

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation

- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and organization

- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of classical French cooking techniques

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

About Heartwood Collection:

Heartwood Collection is a multi-award-winning hospitality group with 14 Brasserie Blancs, 24 Pubs including sites with rooms, and more coming. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
