Role Overview
Jane Lewis Health & Social Care is committed to delivering high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities. We are currently recruiting for Agency Learning Disabilities Support Workers in the Gobowen area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with varying needs and abilities in a variety of learning disability and mental health support services. This role offers:
- A salary range of GBP12.34 - GBP14.84 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Flexible shift arrangements to accommodate your schedule
- Ongoing support from our experienced branch team
- Free comprehensive training and development opportunities
- Access to NVQs for career progression
- Weekly payments and a GBP500 referral scheme
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have prior experience in a UK-based healthcare setting
- Possess excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build strong relationships with service users
- Be genuinely passionate about working in the healthcare sector
- Be registered with Social Care Wales
